When you say "ah that's patty" you basically mean that something is really epic and/or pleasing/ makes you feel good.

For example; when you're on the same wavelength with someone, are somewhere breathtaking, when you just take a bite of something seriously mouthwatering or hear an eargasmic song.

Basically when something is really really really good.
