The abbreviation of Automatic Neighborhood Cat Defense Unit
which every neighborhood has at least one of, being most commonly a black cat which will respond aggressively and or violently if you attempt to steal a cat from it's street. A confrontation with an ANCDU could result in serious injury and/or death.

Ive decided to steal to dogs instead.

Why?

Because I'd rather not get annihilated by ANCDU.
