Words you can keep

25 or 6 to 4

A point in time where it is very late at night, but you don't want to go to bed because you feel like you have more to do in the day. Anything - whether it be writing, browsing the internet, trying to practice a song, or just flicking through the TV - is more appealing than going to sleep, even though you know damn well that you need to go to bed.

When it's 25 or 6 to 4, your only option may be to say "fuck it" and go to bed. Then, however, you will feel like you are bound to miss out on whatever assuredly awesome thing you would see or do if you stayed awake.

"25 or 6 to 4" refers to the exact point in time when this tends to happen - around 25 or 26 minutes until 4AM. Named after a song by Chicago.
Staring blindly into space / Getting up to splash my face / Wanting just to stay awake / Wondering how much I can take / Should I try to do some more? / 25 or 6 to 4

endwarfins

The rush of neurotransmitters and neuropeptides triggered specifically by watching the Seven Dwarfs march home singing "Heigh-Ho" — that particular high of pickaxes, whistling while you work, and communal domestic bliss in a cottage built for men half your height.
I only meant to watch the Heigh-Ho scene for the endwarfins, and then it was two hours later and I'd watched the whole movie.

Endwarfins aren't just a Snow White thing — I get the same hit off the Lollipop Guild in Oz.
