a slang term for stupid or feeble-minded.
the term is commonly directed towards moronic drug dealers that are usually from African American descent.

"bruh, you hella ilkin"
People that are referred to as "Ilkin" usually wear large trench coats with multiple pockets for easily accessible drug deals

Metamora, Illinois 

In the ass-end of nowhere, a small town in central illinois with one stoplight and a mcdonalds. a few gas stations, a school, and thats about it. Everyone here loves football and if you are not obsessed with it you are considered a douche.

Guy 1: Dude im tired of chicago, lets go on a road trip south.
Guy 2: K dude I know the perfect place, Metamora, Illinois!
Guy 1: Where the hell is that?
Guy 2: Its this tiny town by peoria surrounded by cornfields!
Guy 1: Wow I hate you.

Illinois

A state that feels more like a large city surrounded by farmland. Most people who live in this state feel that it is divided into two areas--Chicago and Downstate. Although the official state capital is Springfield, just about everything gets done in Chicago. In fact, some out-of-staters actually believe that the capital of Illinois is Chicago. Because of this, and many other things, most "downstaters" resent everything and everyone from Chicago.

Visitor: Where are you from?
Illinois Guy: I'm from Peoria, Illinois.
Visitor: Where's that? Near Chicago?
Illinois Guy: No, it's about 50 miles west of Bloomington.
Visitor: Where's Bloomington?
Illinois Guy: Oh, forget it. It's near Chicago.

White trash capital of the Illinois Ozarks. Largest consumer of fentanyl and oxycodone in the region. Largest producer of methamphetamine. Wear realtree camouflage to show your fashion sense. Pay Northern Illinois taxes for Appalachian hillbilly culture and disadvantages. Pretty good values in mobile home sites (even for double wides). Some great banjo venues.

You cain't miss stopping in Carterville Illinois.

Ilaina 

Ilaina is very open and will talk to anyone about anything. She can make almost anybody laugh. Her smile is gorgeous and her facial expressions can explain how she feels. She is very intelligent and jaw-dropping. She can clean up nicely if she wants to and can make you fall in love with her.
