They feel they are better than you and have other friends that worship them and themselfs.
Basically an 'it' person wonships the ground they walk on.
Word normally used by girls bithing about another girl being too popular.

Girl one...'Omg look at Megan she can't stop staring at herself in all the shop window's. God, I hate her she she thinks too much of herself.'

Girl two...'I know she so thinks she is 'it' .'
