A group of too many people (or objects) up each others asses, while acting ignorantly.

When you are driving on the highway and can't pass others because there are 4-8 ignorant cars all blocking the highway, creating a clusterfuck.

A college town in Southwest Pennsylvania and the county seat of Chester County. Home to Bam Margera of Jackass and Viva La Bam, much Jackass footage has been shot there. Matthew McGrory, the actor also known as "Big Foot" on the Howard Stern Show also from West Chester.

I wuz gonna go down to West Chester and try to jump my bike over a flaming pile of cow turds for Bam but I couldn't find his place.
