Specifically, a Vladstruction is the act of the lead rider illegally passing a car (or group of cars) who are going very slow on a curvy two lane road with a double yellow line and no way to see oncoming traffic around the curves. Once in front of the car(s), the second part of the Vladstruction is to slow down to 5 miles per hour so that your fellow riders can safely pass those ignorant assholes and get on with shredding a road.
