GloboFit

A globo gym that tries to offer CrossFit-esque classes, but lacks the necessary equipment and domain knowledge to effectively program a real CrossFit Workout. Many GloboFit instructors will copy other CrossFit gym's workouts and substitute less complex movements in order to preclude themselves from having to coach. This usually occurs when the GloboFit instructor is not Level I Certified and thinks Olympic Lifts are dangerous.

Crossfitter: Hey Andrew, have you done Fran yet?

GloboFit Victim: Yeah, it was awesome.
Crossfitter: Didn't the Thrusters suck?
GloboFit Victim: No, our gym doesn't have bar bells or pull-ups.

Crossfitter: Then you didn't do Fran.

GloboFit Victim: We did 21-15-9 jumping jacks and push-ups.
Crossfitter: That's weak, you'll never meet pukie doing those kind of WODs. You need to leave GloboFit and come train at a real CrossFit Box.
