A greasy rat tail hanging off of a red neck's head. When you look at it you vomit from disgust. The person that has the "shpookie" looks like a toothless salamander.

When I sat down on on the rickety roller coaster at the county fair and that greasy little redneck smiled at me with his missing front tooth and greasy rat-tail I said "man that's shpookie!!"

No problem! Ask Shloka and she’s probably seen everything already. Even though she may act white, she still is smart like an Indian and will probably act like she isn’t. However, look out men. Shlokas tend to have to complain about needing water when she’s really thirsty or has a dry mouth ;). Trying to get information about someone? Shpooky

When your flipping through the channels and you see an old man on Ghost Hunters saying, "Thats shpooky." And then when anything from something weird, funny, strange, scary happens you say, "Thats shpooky!"

Or, when your friend does something stupid or strange you call them shpooky.

PLUS, its fricken fun to say. Way better than normal old, "spooky"
