A person with a short tempered that loses it every time they lose at a game. Paballo's have a tendency to break things, usually they're own, at the slightest provocation.

That guy just drove his car off a bridge because bird droppings hit his hood, he's such a Paballo.

When a woman greets a man by reaching down with her hand and gently cupping his balls, usually with a little shake or a soft squeeze. This greeting is common in bars in Panama where working girls can be found.

While having a drink at the bar a working girl came up introduced herself, smiled and then gave me a Panama handshake.
