In this context a fellow or group of fellows is walking down the street, hallway, driving in his car, and has noticed a female, and would like all of his friends to know about it, but not the girl, so he uses the word Smoo, since 99 % of women won't hear it or realize that we're talking about them.
2) Hi/Hey Smoo. You're my Smoo.
Once again Smoo is used here in a way to flirt with a girl, since she has already learned the meaning of usage #1 and knows you are talking about her, and you are using it in a positive way as tabbing the lady friend your girl.
3) Ugh what a smoo. She is such a smoo.
Basically here you are using the word smoo in a negative sense and calling her a hoe or slut. A word of advice to nubes, would to either say this either out of earshot, or say it to some girl who doesn't know what you're talking about.
