a person from the country or backwoodz, usually wearing nascar paraphernalia and/or chewing tobacco. These people are usually mentally retarded or pretty damn close to it. Can be seen in your local walmart or hardware store in their 1978 rust color chevy pickup.

Actually a common occurence for most men. When a sudden erection springs up in a public place and the boner's owner can do nothing but flip it up. "Clipboarded", if you will, against the body by the waistline of the pants.
