ditsturbing

A term to be used upon observation of a character who is loud, provocative, voracious and contextually unaware. Such a character is generally least bothered about surroundings (inclusive of humans and items alike) and must be treated with fair caution, especially upon entering an intoxicated environment.

After coming back from the club, I needed some peace and quiet. However, Rachel was there to ruin the day with her loud, verbose and insensitive remarks. I've never seen anyone as ditsturbing as she.
