Micropenis

Micropenis is a medical term for a penis, usually diagnosed at birth, that is well under the normal size range for an infant. In every other way, including structure, appearance, and function, a micropenis is like any other healthy penis.

You've probably heard friends share stories about having sex with a guy who has a micropenis. Most likely, though, those men simply had a small penis, which is by no means the same thing.

Micropenis is a real, diagnosable medical condition; it refers to a penis that's less than 2.8 inches long when erect, according to Jamin Brahmbhatt, MD, urologic surgeon and co-founder of The PUR Clinic in Clermont, Florida. In our size-obsessed world, having a micropenis can leave a guy feeling very self-conscious. And it can be a big surprise to his partner as well.

Just one of the guys, who just happens to be really short, a.k.a. "Vertically Challenged". That's all; he's just a short guy that hangs with you and your buddies. If he happens to be a niche beer fanatic, then it's a bonus: a double entendre.

There is nothing in this word that dictates the person's demeanor, so there could be microbros that are jerks, brainiacs, whatever.

The quintessential microbro is Holt Ann Richter, the character from The Cleveland Show. (voiced by Jason Sudeikis) - Holt attempts to be a suave, pop-culture reference-dropping bro, but the effect is undercut by his short stature (he is short enough to be mistaken for a child, as proven by Kendra occasionally referring to him as "the baby man")
