Absolutely disgusting, gross to the point of throwing up on to the dude/dudette next to you. If you are pushed to the point of Grankiness, its necessary to warn others to clear out.

To grand would mean to puke.

Also can be used as a substitute for made out. Or making out.

Dude 2: Yeah i think I'm gonna grank everywhere!

One who bears the name of glanny (glen, glan, glanno etc) is a chap most fond of adding a sex joke and or reference into every possible sentence. He can be found in the darkest reaches of the interwebs such as 4chan and lolshock sharing vast amounts of memes all across his friends facebook untill it causes an internal server error and facebook shuts down.

Glanny: "Hey broski wanna hear a joke about my penis?' Me: "Okay" Glanny: "Nevermind its too long! loooooooool!" Me: "I dont want to live anymore."

Grandy

The act of lighting your bowl, one hitter, bong, etc with a sweetly flavored cigar and then taking a hit of the cigar.

side note: doing an insane smoke signal after both hits is highly suggested.

This word evolved from the fictional character of Chris Grandy played by Jim Gaffigan.

Jamie and Molly are so classy they lite their bowls of Master Kush with the end of wine flavored cigars and then hit the cigar too. mhmm. They hit that Grandy good.
