varience

A measure of spread in A level maths. Given in units squared, whether they make sense or not, and not actually a measure of anything useful whatsoever. The only thing you can do with it is square root it to find the standard deviation which is vaguely more relevent, which you might as well have found in the first place.

6. Variance that is know and reconciled, however not sure what to do with the variance or clear.
I see a $10,000 variance. Its definitely a known variance reconciled (KVR). I don't know what it relates to so let's KVR it.

b. The state or quality of being variant or variable; a variation.
c. A difference between what is expected and what actually occurs.

Firmly resolved, after putting his affairs in order in the regiment, to retire from the army and return and marry Sonya, Nicholas, serious, sorrowful, and at variance with his parents, but, as it seemed to him, passionately in love, left at the beginning of January to rejoin his regiment.

verience

A feeling of being bold and unstoppable, like a villain in control, but with a twist of joy and excitement. It’s the perfect mix of power, confidence, and having fun while owning the moment.
When the music hits just right, I’m overwhelmed with verience—like I’m the ruler of my own universe, filled with unstoppable energy and electric excitement

"It’s in those moments when I’m alone, and this wave of verience strikes—like a fire inside me, fierce and thrilling, ready to take on the world with a grin

A trip to a grocery store, convenience store, or gas station for the sole purpose of buying an excessive amount of junk food and sugary drinks, usually with friends. A chud run often happens late at night and ends with everyone involved hating themselves afterwards.

flophouse

Any house/apartment/frat house/trailer/etc. which is used for individuals to crash (sleep, chill, hang out, lurk, etc.) for a period of time. In order to "crash", one must not actually live there (e.g. have their name on the lease, own said flophouse, etc.). Flophouses are typically used by college students, drug addicts, transients, vagrants, or other unsavory characters.

A flophouse may also be the home owned by the parents of a college student, who after being away at college, wishes to live as if he/she is still at college (e.g. staying out all night, returning just to crash at mom and dad's house, then leaving again), rather than conforming to the pre-college rules.
Example #1
Dude: (Talking to someone passed out face first on the floor of his college apartment) Hey man, who the hell are you? What do you think this is, a flophouse??

Bro: Sorry dude, I must have passed out for a minute.

Example #2
Mom: Where have you BEEN for the last three days? You come home just to sleep?? What do you think this is, a flophouse??!!

Son: What's your problem? I'm an adult now!
