An international temperature scale term. Fahrenheit is still used in North America.
This term now means "The sexiest woman in the world'" She must be exotically beautiful, smart, confident, an able to raise the temperature 10 degrees, just by entering a room!

in opposition to a Fahrenheit grade which is a higher grade.
