A person who fears or hates zits and/or people with zits. (Like a homophobe)

Johnny(on the phone): Hey, wanna go to the movies tomorrow?

Sami(on the phone): Sure

Next Day

Sami: Hey Johnny!

Johnny: Hey, is that a zit on your nose?

Sami: Yeah, i woke up with it this morning. Why, you're not a zitaphobe are you?!
