An error with zero negative consequences. If identified and learned from, it can be turned into an error with positive consequences, which will be the avoidance of making the same error under circumstances when it will have negative, possibly devastating consequences.
He reversed his car out of the driveway without looking but no car was coming. The zerror cost him nothing but after realising what he had done and how fortunate he was not to cause an accident, he made sure not to repeat the error.
