A person who goes on chatrooms and annoys people (usually a male). The person also likes to use random words from Urban Dicitonary, such as nort and never fails to cite this website after using such words. This person also stays in the chatroom for long periods of time and stays until late hours but only if the person is allowed. Due to their annoying behaviour, Xachos are usually banned from chatrooms after a short time.
