an individual with an allergic reaction to wheat or wheat based products and therefore can't eat them. Applies to anyone suffering from Celiac's disease, or a general gluten intolerance.

Sarah can't eat wheat bread because it makes her tired and upsets her stomach. She's wheat-tarded.
