An expression used by people who are querying for an explanation due to bewilderment. In using it, you infer that the speaker is crazy. The word itself is slang for "What do you mean?'.

1. A way of buying at least 30 seconds of time to think of a rebuttle to an unfavorable accusation.
2. A way of an accuser to buy 60 more seconds of time to rebuttle the accusee's rebuttle.

1. Ed: "Did you eat my cow tongue patty while i was asleep?"
