Its when your girl is on the crapper with the worst case of constipation...while squeezing to plop out the nugget, she passes out...once out, you pick her up, place her head into the bowl to bob for turds, then take her from behind until she either wakes up, or her husband walks in on you....

My girl was trying to pinch a loaf, and found herself eating the wet brownie nugget instead.
