nick name for Louisa.
Also used as an insult in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of askaban. It comes from the insult "Weasle Louisa, Weasle louisa" and eventually stuck as weasle (the nick-name) Over time however bee was added to weasle to make the word weasle bee. Nick-names and shorthands for weaslebee are: weasiebee, bee, weasle, wee-bee, Louisie-bee and when drawn you draw a weasle, not in detail just a lemar type creature and a little bee next to it. also means crazy and mental, but also cute at the same time
