A racist word used for all races. Vooley is a word used as an alternitive for a racist comment. Like if you wanted to call a black person a nigger or a white person a cracker you could avoid conflict if you subsituted the word and said vooley.

Since www.video.google.com was launched me and my friends realized that this very much useful and entertaining movieclip search engine had a to long name. So we shortened it to voogle.
