"Fear of Truth"

1. Displaying hesitation or refusal to admit or recognize that something is true, or to accept the concept of truth itself. Usually born out of fear of offending someone or being held accountable to something constant.

2. Dismissal of the existance of absolutes.

3. Degradation of people who profess something as true or untrue.

4. Being willfully in denial. Gives rise to constant skepticism and doubt of everything.

Girlfriend: "Rob may physically and verbally abuse me, but I deserve it. And he may have cheated on me five times, but he said he'd never do it again. I know that he loves me..." Best Friend: "When are you going to wake up from this veritaphobia and dump him? You've got to realize that he's an asshole!"

Philosopher: "Truth is relative. Reality is whatever you want to make it." Person with common sense: "Stop being such a veritaphobe. Have a little conviction and stand up for something."

Teacher: "Timmy didn't really answer this question correctly, but who am I to judge what is or isn't right. I can't condemn his perspective of things. I might hurt his feelings." Other Teacher: "Are you kidding me? 2+2 does not equal 5, no matter how the boy feels about it! You're being veritaphobic."

Vedika

A girl with snow like glowing skin and prettiest smile When you look at any Vedika smiling, you will fall in love with the way they smile. Vedikas are really very pretty and beautiful with long black hair, they possess an immense charm that can melt anyone’s heart. They are very innocent and pure. Vedikas are very talkative in nature. They have a childhish baby like nature, that’s why they trust easily Their emotional and sensitive nature makes them super cute. Many guys run behind Vedikas but still they remain loyal to the guy the love. Usually girls try to put the Vedikas down as they’re jealous, but Vedikas always shine. Sometimes people may misunderstand them as Vedikas are very crazy but vedikas have a very big heart. Vedikas can cook really good and they are Wifey material. If you have a Vedika in your life, don’t let her go because of other people, She will make your life worth living. Once you get to know a Vedika, you’ll realise that she is an angel in disguise. Heaven has Angels but earth has Vedika.

Precedes or follows either a gratuitously disrespectful or honest remark, originated in New York City. Used in similar fashion to "no offense" or "to be honest," interchangeably.

Adjective. Used to describe persons who have adjusted or altered their lifestyle for environmental reasons. Crunchy persons tend to be politically strongly left-leaning and may be additionally but not exclusively categorized as vegetarians, vegans, eco-tarians, conservationists, environmentalists, neo-hippies, tree huggers, nature enthusiasts, etc.

Also used to describe establishments where alternative foods and products are sold, i.e. natural food stores.

Modified derivative of granola.

"I need more crunchy guys in my life. I'm so tired of dating preppy metrosexual assholes."

"I'm heading out to the crunchy store to pick up some fair trade chocolate and tea tree oil, do you need anything?"

murderhobo

In a tabletop game, a murderhobo is a player who murders NPCs indiscriminately. This is normally derogatory, referring to a player who totally ignores quests, dialog, backstory, trade, world building etc.

The term is most common with Dungeons and Dragons, but it can be applied to most RPGs where the player is allowed to kill most quest-giving NPCs and NPC traders. E.g. Elder Scrolls, Fallout, Divinity original sin.

DM: The sad little orphan girl tugs at Steve's trenchcoat to get his attention, and ask for help saving her pet dog from...
Steve: I'd like to roll a strength check against strangling the orphan.
Dave: I call dibs on the dog.
DM: You murderhobos disgust me.
