(Italian-American Slang) A swift,jab-like,backhand to the face. It is a gateway slap to a slap combination, and can easily be followed by a Scoopalone, or a Scaffoombaggia. (A very good example of onamatopeoia as it sounds like it is pronounced VA-VEEN!)

When you go down on your lady and try to talk at the same time... it sounds as if you’re speaking Vaginese. You might as well be speaking Chinese.
My wife couldn’t understand anything that I was saying while performing cunnilingus. She said it sounded as if I was speaking Vaginese.

trucker's tan
A sunburn or suntan focused on the left arm. It is caused by the left side of the body being the only half that gets exposed to sunlight while driving. Presumably, it would be located on the right side of the body in countries where they drive on the left side of the road.
