TommyBOI is a very small little child with nothing better to to then ride a skate board found on the side of the road and same with a bath tub and trampoline.
TommyBOI loves to push people into spike bushes and chance people with deodorant cans then get them to rip there jumper on a fence (not talking from experience... totally...)
TommyBOI also likes to not do what you say and fart every ware so that it reminds people of a certain place.
He also never learns to go to the toilet before school and almost poos himself on the way home.
This is all a joke, what a good little TOmmyBOI.

West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped.
