"He wears tight shirts" is slang used to subtly describe a guy who likes guys. Someone who wears a tight shirt could also like women, but the important thing is that he kisses dudes.
This phrase was first used to describe superheroes from Marvel Cinema, as the male superheroes who wore very tight shirts often liked men.
