The Governor
A term widely used to describe the following sexual ceremony: While engaging in sexual intercourse, preferably from behind, and as the money shot approaches, the male "doer" spits on his partners back. When he/she turns around in disgust, the "doer" ejaculates into one eye of his partner and firmly punches the other eye, exclaiming "you have been Governed!". The "doer", now also known as "the Governor", then parades his triumph and is later honoured, by his judicators, with a t-shirt declaiming "The Governor!"

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
