Duke, an over-moderating bitch, is often attributed to the further destruction of the misc section.
this virgin, follows the rules outlined in the stickies 'by the book', so to speak. this may seem to be a good thing, but it's motherfucking not.
a failure of 'real life', duke compensates with his mother-like moderation of the misc. motherfucker even wrote a resume to become a mod.
failed at moderating 'all the misc', and with time, he will undoubtedly fail (more so than currently) at moderating the misc.

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
