A taxer is a progressive who uses any and all means, regardless of how desperate or absurd, to pursue Donald Trump's tax returns in an attempt to delegitimize him and his presidency in spite of the fact that making tax returns public is not a requirement of being president. Similar to a birther and Barak Obama.
