Swamp bitch
A slob. Someone covered in grease and very scruffy.
Often with stomach hanging over private areas and lots of flesh showing.
Not something you say to ones face.

The swamp bitch loped across the lawn only to throw the rubbish on the floor 2m from the bin. That extra walk was just too much to bare.
