Surprisarrhea

Diarrhea that occurs suddenly and unexpectedly during urination. This is merely unpleasant for those who chose to sit while urinating, but devastating to those who are standing or otherwise unprepared to handle surprise diarrhea: e.g., those without the means to cleanse their suddenly muddy buttholes.

I thought I just had to pee, but as soon as I started, I had surprisarrhea.

"Where's Frank?" "He had surprisarrhea at one of the urinals and had to go home to change pants."

When you didn’t know you had to go! It’s not a fart.

I was on the road, when all of a sudden I was hit by violent surpriseorreah and no change of clothes.
