sunshine in my pocket means you got some weed with you, not always in your pocket. this term came to be used only a few years ago and its become very popular. whenever you hear "sunshine in my pocket" it means they got weed somewhere with them.

This is a colloquialism from the tweaker vernacular, indicating the speaker is currently in possession of methamphetamine (ice). It is derived from the semantic shift of "wake up" to getting high on methamphetamines.
You look rough, you wanna wake up? I got that sunshine in my pocket.
