Subsidiarity

Hym "I think the word you're looking for is 'subsidiarity,' Chris. So you ARE seeing them whether I post them or not. Thats cool. I mean, I have a lot of backlog that I haven't full fleshed out yet, I mean... Are you seeing that. I have, like, dozens at a time. It was frustrating to think nobody was seeing them but I guess now I don't have to worry about it."

Subsidiarity

That's not what I meant by subsidiarity.
Hym "When I said 'subsidiarity' I meant Subsidiarity is the principle of allowing the individual members of a large organization to make decisions on issues that affect them, rather than leaving those decisions to be made by the whole group. But in 'Hierarchical subsidiarity' you would have people at the top of the hierarchy making decisions for the group while simultaneously distancing themselves from the problems of the people beneath them. What Jordan Peterson means when HE says subsidiarity is What is a synonym for subsidiarity?
subservience, subservientness. in a subservient state. type of: inferiority, lower rank, lower status. He wants the too arrogant workers to be maximally humble while He and Russell and Elon (allegedly) rape their way to the top and lord over everyone beneath them. Not what I meant when I said it."

subsidiary

A word frequently mis-pronounced by complete morons as Sub-sid-er-ary. Get a clue idiot, that's not even a word.
Instead of sounding more intelligent, I unknowingly dumb myself down by saying Subsiderary instead of subsidiary.

Subsidiary

Fine, then, YOU be subsidiary to ME. GET OVER HERE!!!
Hym "OR... Be subsidiary to your place of employment and say the fucking pronouns. You have a responsibility to do that, apparently. And I'm glad you brought this up again because it relates to a point I wanted to make about 'cancel-culture.' Cancel-Culture on the left often relates to the idea that people shouldn't have to be subsidiary to people who discriminate (arbitrarily) on the basis of immutable characteristics. Now, I still don't believe that the system you're talking about is 'systemically racist' but it does allow for positions that relate to hiring, promotion, and attribution of resources to be occupied (indefinitely) by racists (or sexists or homophobes). So, what do you do? You're against cancelation. You're against racial bias training. You refuse to let people circumvent the hierarchy. What now? What do you do about the meritorious racist? Let me guess 'Doesn't matter as long as it's not you.' Or 'We don't know so nothing.' Or 'Live with the tension.' Right wing cancel-culture (on the otherhand) relates to depriving resources from those who promote values that are incongruent with Judeo-Christian values. Which is literally just 'Not hiring, promoting, or attributing resources arbitrarily.' So, basically just doing the thing the leftists are accusing you of doing."
