When an individual approaches another and you view from afar. This person is usually intoxicated or discombobulated in nature. You may utter "stragglin" at any time. This is in regards to the nature of stragglers.

Stragglin

You pass out around 9pm and set your alarm clock for 2 o'clock. When it goes off you go out sober into town and scoop drunk chicks (stragglers).

I went stragglin last night and got head from this gnarley hot chick!!
