An individual who usually acts all soft and nice and whatnot, but then relentlessly bullies a person they dislike, usually via ragebait. If the person they bullied says something messed up to them, they'll usually try and use it to sabotage them.

The majority of Twitter users are softoxics, and the two terms are usually synonymous. Below is an example of a softoxic in a forum.
