A person who thinks, dreams, eats, sleeps Skittles. They hve Skittles in their room, car, desk and their own bed. They can't go to the store without getting a big ass bag of skittles.

A person who consumes Skittles as breakfast, lunch and dinner. Will even ask their friends for money just to go get some Skittles.
