Someone (usually a husband) who is told to plop himself down in a chair in the mall while his wife (or girlfriend) shops.

Mary and I went to the mall today. She spent four hours shopping and I was a shop-plopper.

Desperate shopper whom actively use arms to fight his/hers (usually a female phenomenon) way in a shop in order to get first to the merchandise.

Speaker 1: She beat down that old lady in order to get the last piece of free pie at K-Mart.

Speaker 2: Damn, that's a shopflopper if I've ever seen one!
