Shiesty, meaning something that is inconsiderate or deceitful, while paired with the name Joe makes Joe Shiesty. Joe means Joe Burrow, who is an American quarterback for the Cincinnati Bengals and mostly all of the time joe just simply does not give a single damn about your nfl defense and will perform shiesty maneuvers on the other teams defense. Sometimes resulting in players wives saying the refs must’ve won the game for them.
