The involuntary action of manually manipulating one's genitals during REM sleep. Although some believe it to be a myth, The truth behind the hidden art of Sleepsterbation lies in the cycle of sleep known as "rapid eye movement" (or REM.) While many can not control their physical movement while in this dream state, some "seasoned veteran's" are more adept at controling basic arm movements such as wiggles or sudden jerks.
