shitole

A combination of the words shit and hole which form a simple conjunctive widely understood and especially common in Southern England. It literally means "awful place".

"Cor, this is some shitole!"
"I/you/they live in a shitole."

a sudden rush of shit to the brain resulting in a inability to think properly/logically

what did he fuck up? well, he was hit by a bout of shitolitis. couldn't get it in his head what had to be done and done correctly.
