origin: derived from the name Cecil which means "blind one" in Latin.

to be Secil is to be;

1. Fun to hang out with
2. Excessively hyper all the time
3. A good friend
4. Clumsy and ditsy

Secil is the adjective of someone who is a great person to have fun with. Often times their clumsy behavior have comedic consequences.
Student 1: Whose the person who just ran into a door?

Student 2: I don't know, but she is obviously secil.
