A Schmuffin is the name for Egg McMuffin type sandwiches. I think it is also the brand name for the Sheetz breakfast sandwich, but we use it to refer to all breakfast sandwiches contained on english muffins.

How many people are coming over for breakfast? I need an accurate Schmuffin count!

The "Shmuffin" consists of a breakfast meat, egg, and cheese on an English Muffin.

Derivative from "Sh"eetz and English "Muffin."
