Extremely derogatory term for someone with schizophrenia, could also be used to describe someone you don't like, or someone that occasionally says concerning things.

"Hey John, you've seen Will lately? I wonder what he's up to."

"I haven't seen him in a while, knowing that schizophroid hes probably in the psych ward."

A condition in which a person who is not able to decide whether or not they are friendly.

Steve was pretty crabby earlier, but now he is awfully friendly. Must be another case of schizophrendliness.
