sanphorism

In a flash of clarity, a handful of words are carefully selected to form a memorable, more often than not - optimistic - insight on the world. Poignant, concise - these are the staples to the philosophical exploration done alone at night. These thoughts are spewed out to the world though tweets and status updates. It is common to see encouragement through the forms of likes.

Be confident enough to succeed in what you do, be humble enough to learn from others.

Drinking from the cup of love and the sometimes loveless, of countless failures, scarce triumphs, and infinite hope.

I don't quote people because they are right. I quote people because there are many faces to humanity, all of which we need to understand.
A: I just made a realization last night: humans are all capable of loving one another regardless of their pasts.

B: Oh man, we got a sanphorism on our hands. Hold on one second and let me tweet this.

Sanpaku, a Japanese word meaning "three whites" is a rare eye characteristic in which the whites of the eye can be seen either above or below the iris. The location of the whites of the eye can generally give information about the person.

There are two types of sanpaku eyes
1. Yin sanpaku: where the whites of the eyes can be seen below the iris, suggesting that the individual is prone to danger from the outside world. It is a misconception that all people with yin sanpaku eyes will die tragically. It often just means that they will tend to put themselves in dangerous situations. Famous people with yin sanpaku eyes include JFK, Princess Diana, Indira Ghandi, Michael Jackson, and Audrina Patridge.

2. Yang Sanpaku: where the whites of the eyes can be seen above the iris, suggesting that the individual is prone to danger from within themselves. Generally, these people have explosive tempers and violent tendencies. Charles Manson exhibits these eyes.

Audrina Patridge often looks like she is looking above the camera rather than at it because of her sanpaku eyes.

When strong winds, akin to a typhoon, brush across the Japanese countryside, whipping over dried-out fields and sandblasting anything in the way.
I got blasted coming to school today by the wind. It’s too dry outside, and the wind is whipping up the earth.
Ah, you mean you got hit by the sanphoon!
Sanphoon? Yeah! I’m covered in sand now and got enough in my eyes and nose.
