I was walking my dog and she saw a squirrel and started barking at it, saying "ruffruff".

a girl, (or a boy i suppose), who just ain't all that.
Also, easyrough, the kind that are slightly too friendly, whilst being far from eye candy, creating an uncomfortable feeling as you try and escape.
Also, to describe the general attractiveness of a club/bar/area.

To pull a not so hottie, "Unlucky..You got your ruffruff on last night"
