a girl, (or a boy i suppose), who just ain't all that.
Also, easyrough, the kind that are slightly too friendly, whilst being far from eye candy, creating an uncomfortable feeling as you try and escape.
Also, to describe the general attractiveness of a club/bar/area.

Any form of nasty disease or extremely unpleasant (illness related) feeling, (of course including AIDS)
