Using the ADD drug ritalin, or adderall to aid oneself in waking up in the [morning. Usually taken an hour or so before the desired wake up time. So to be awake and cheery at 6:30a wake up groggy at 5:30a take a ritalin and pass out again. At 6:30 you wake up on your own feeling alert and rested
